Disability Access and Inclusion Plan Survey

We want your help with our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP).

A disability is a condition that can make everyday activities more difficult for a person, this may include:

- Moving around

- Seeing

- Hearing

- Speaking

- Understanding information

The Shire of Shark Bay would like to hear your ideas on how to make it easier to move around and join in on activities in the community.

The DAIP is a document that helps us make sure people with a disability can use community services, get in and out of buildings and join in activities in the community.

This survey gives you the chance to provide feedback on the things that are important to you as a community member.

Further feedback can be given via email to cdo@sharkbay.wa.gov.au or by Calling Julia on 9948 1218.
